CONTEXT

The advent and ever growing presence of digital media is shifting the model for distribution across all mediums. When an emerging company such as Netflix leads the way in online distribution of TV and film, a discrepancy between the public demand – a public that is drastically shifting online – and traditional media distributors becomes apparent.
